I rented from this company on a summer lease, he was unprofessional, rude and a crook!!!!!!!!! He is trying to charge us for things not outlined in the lease, wont show us copies of any bills. Came to our home and went inside without us being home or knowing about it. He is withholding money and information from us. And that's just him, the house we rented from him was cheaply done and had many problems which he refused to fix or tried charging us for when they were clearly his fault. The showers didn't work in two of the bathrooms, the funiture is cheap and must stay in the home. The fireplace insert fell out of the wall and hit my child with the slightest wind. He charges you to use the hot tub and then makes you buy the chemicals, when we did use it, it didn't work when we asked for a refund he said that was not possible because we used it when I told him it didn't work he said that was on us to get it fixed or he would charge us to fix it!!! The garage flooded and ruined some of our stuff when I told him that the drain inside of the garage didn't work he laughted at me and said "...it's not a real drain, it's just a hole in the ground..." I had a plumber come and check it out and was told that is illegal to have just a hole in the ground with a grate on it. When I told Mr. Roberts he said it's not his problem it didn't work right. I urge you not to waste your money with this man, there is plenty of other homes to rent for the year or for your ski vacation, you will be disappointed.
