I have had my nails done twice by two different men at Pella. Not impressed with the quality, but the reason I won't be returning is the rudeness of the men. When I gently pointed out there was a rough spot on my nail, in a angry tone he asked me if I had been having my nails done for a long time. In other words, he was the expert and I should keep my mouth shut. The men also yell at the girls who do the pedi's. I have heard the girls that do the pedi's are really great. Well, I'm not going to spend another penny there to find out!

After my pedicure my friend and I both got staff infections on our legs. The staff infection was passed through something dirty at the salon. They either don't clean the tubs well or the towels.
