This is not my insurance but a transport company name Mobis used auto broker insured by Prime Insurance this transport company i use to transport my 2016 Jeep Sahara from a auction in South Carolina to Yuma Az the owner of this company is my Amaobichi Osoridu ( mobis) delivered my jeep with no hardtop and no sound bar he claims that he pick up the jeep like that from the auction and that is the auctions fault .I call the auction and auction staff check surveillance video and they took a picture from there screen the picture showed my jeep With the hardtop on it on top of mobis truck and trailer leaving the auctions yard so i call the driver (mobis) and i ask him what happened to my jeep and the hardtop and sound bar and he responded that he doesn’t know what happened to my jeep he told me don’t worry i have insurance they will pay the damages and cover for everything . A few days later I received a call from mr Todd Copeland he is CDA claims consultant for prime insurance and ask him what happened i explained him and send him pictures from the jeep leaving the yard and pictures when i recived all pictures showed my jeep on top of mr mobis trailer and truck pictures showed that the hardtop and sound bar are missing pictures send by auction staff and pictures that i took at arrival and send mr Copeland a quote of the dodge dealership body shop for $7400 mr Copeland let me know that he needs to talk to his insured and ask him what happened. Days later i call mr Copeland to ask for a update and mr Copeland ask ME for the phone number that i have because he can’t get ahold of him after that i call mr Copeland 2 or 3 dozen times if not more left him several voice messages emails etc this in a period of 2 ton3 weeks finally i got ahold of mr Copeland and he told me that. Mr Osoridu (mobis) told him that he doesn’t know what happened to my jeep and because of that he has to denied my claim after i send him all the pictures paperwork (proof) and he just went by what his insured said and now the transporter mr Osoridu ( mobis ) doesn’t answer my call and text messages What is the point of having insurance if they will not take responsibility of there insured at all my next step is to go legal DRIVERS AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOU AT ALL . If i get a response and get my issue solved i will change this post my number is 9289419106 claim number CC16104240037. This happend on October 02 2017 and yesterday i recived the letter of denial dated November 15 2017 almost a month latter after another 2 or 3 dozens call and emails

They are the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. They don't return phone calls. They offer very little for rental reimbursement. They take a long time to process a claim.
