I didn't have a disaster, but Rockwell is doing some contract work for me and I've been impressed with the work so far. They're hard workers and they're respectful of my house as they get the job done.

Every time I had to meet with the workers, I was treated so well. It was really stressful to have a house fire (even a small one) and it was a relief to have someone else pointing me in the right direction to restore my home. They don't just come in and work and then leave; they make sure you're a satisfied client. Thanks so much for all your help.

My basement recently flooded and I was so grateful for how well Rockwell worked with my insurance company to get bids in quickly and start the work. Everyone I worked with was professional and I'm so relieved all the work was taken care of for me and my family. Hopefully we'll never have another problem like this again, but if I do I'll call Rockwell.

These guys are dishonest - called them to clean up some fire damage, they came out and started the work but never finished it. They wouldn't return my calls for a long time but they were sending bills as if it were completed. When I finally got a hold of someone they were nasty and treated me like dirt. Its a con job in my opinion, can't trust them to do what they say they will do.

Called these guys to do a job, they quit half way through. Its a crooked operation imo - must be in cahoots with the insurance claim processors. They probably get volume business from the processor and look out only for his interests. They definitely have shady business practices around quoting, billing, collecting. I'll never use this business again, and wouldn't recommend any others to either.

The response time was really good for me and my family. They were there within the hour. The technicians were very professional when they got to our home. They knew what they were doing and had all the right equipment to get our home back to the way it was. Thank you for being a reputable company. You have exceeded our expectations.
