Not too happy with my experience with this place. I lost my dog a little while back and I searched everywhere and was told by numerous places including the humane society and salt lake County to contact the dispatch officer to see if he was picked up. I did and could not be more disappointed. He had informed me that he did have my dog.. the one that he described to me. I was SO excited beyond words that I had found my dog and nothing bad had happened and I could bring him home!! But problem was since I could not give him documentation that he was mine I couldn't have him back... really?! If I hadn't been searching for him at numerous shelters, given HIS number to call and check, described hI'm perfectly, that wasn't enough. That being said I couldn't claim my dog and he was put up for adoption to someone else. I am highly disappointed with this place especially talking to so many helpful people trying to help me. It amazes me that someone would think just because I didn't have the right documentation that he wasn't mine.. why would I go so much out of my way and so much time if I wasn't just trying to get my dog back?
