PURPOSELY DECEITFUL! Here's the KSL deal we bought and he won't honor it - NOTHING said about Multi-Media images. AFTER pictures were taken with 4 kids under 7 - he said too bad, didn't care that the ad was deceitful, and would only refund the $49. Even told us he was deleting our photos. I begged him not to delete them - but he didn't care. Once he realized he wasn't going to make money on us he became rude and difficult. 2 weeks preparing for this photo and I have nothing to show for it.
