On april 30 2011 I had a coupon for 20% off on a not on sale item. I tried to buy 0ne and a half pounds of coffee. The coffee would not fit in one of the packages you have there so.they put it in 2 packages but would only apply the coupon to one.The 40 or 50 people that I have told so far could not believe that you were that cheap. I hope the staff are glad they saved you $1.20 No more business for me!!!

This store is amazing. Everything you could possibly need for your kitchen is in this store. The staff is always extremely helpful. They all know what they're talking about when you ask for help. These ladies are very educated on the products they sell. I have always been satisfied with my purchases from Spoons 'n Spice. There is also a Bridal Registry that is so helpful. They will gift wrap for a reasonable fee. They do a beautiful job wrapping at both locations. That's right there is another store in the Ivy Place Shopping center. So much to look at in these stores. You can sample freshly made coffee while you shop! Speaking of coffee... Incredible selection. You can buy whole beans or have the beans ground to your specifications! I love these stores! They are both jewels in the valley!

This happened to me twice now at this store, I will NOT go there ever again. I was looking for a specific kitchen tool and looked on my own for at least 15 minutes while the employees there stood in the corner and obviosly gossiped. I did NOT get any help even after I asked for help, they told me "one moment please". Talking about unfriendly or plain rude. Even though the selection was good the prices were unjustefied high and they did not carry the icing spatula I was looking for. I finally found the tool I was looking for at a different store at 1/2 the price they charged there for a similar spatula. By the way closing time there is not at 6 pm like it is posted on the door but at 5:56pm. Even if you exactly know what you need. Very disappointing customer service!
