After the trauma of a swat standoff in my home I was lucky enough to have my insurance refer this company. They are amazing! Ryan, Bryce and Randy and the mitigation crew were over at my home within a matter of hours and were reassuring me that they would take good care of my home. Every single person that has been in my home has been respectful, kind and caring. So blessed that this is the company I have been able to work with. Their motto is "making disasters disappear"... That is exactly what has happened in my situation. They have made this as smooth and seamless as possible so that we can move forward ourselves. Love you guys! Thank you!

The worst experience I've ever had! They want your money asap then they give subpar work. Six weeks later and my flooded basement reconstruction is still not complete. It's no wonder I've got insomnia from all the worry. I don't know what to do. I complain and get reassurances with no results. I feel like I've done most of the backbreaking work and I'm all of 95#.

Worst company I've ever delt with! They make appointments and show up hours later, but they are at least thoughtful enough to call and tell you thet'll be late a half an hour after your appointment time. this happend twice! I asked to see an itemized estimate from them on my work order and the owner refused to give me one. It also took three different trips just get an estimate of the work to be done because they lost the first one, and completely changed the second one to only half the work getting done, and when I called them on it they had to come out for a third time. It has been over a year since the problem started and it still isn't fixed! Save yourself grief and frustration and go with someone else!

This is the most dishonest com...

This is the most dishonest company I have ever work with. I had some minor water damage in my basement. When they arrived at my home hours late, and started removing drywall in rooms that were not even affected by the water I was in disbelief. After speaking with the insurance company and reviewing their bill there were many items that were never performed. What a rip off!!! no wonder insurance is so expensive. Utah Flood and Fire is the reason!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! Save yourself...

DO NOT GO HERE! Save yourself further heartache. I don't normally write bad reviews, but the more I thought about it the more I felt obligated to warn others. This one small room is still not done one year later. Furniture was LOST!....items damaged from their poor packing. They make promises and never keep them. They are extremely poor communicators. I have been calling and e-mailing for over 8 weeks without a response. They have obviously not paid for damaged items., nor replaced the lost shelving. I have dealt with many contractors in my day, and this one is the mother of all nightmares.
