I appreciated that when my appointment was over we had a good understanding of our dental situation, They were on time and we have referred family members to them

Very impressed with everyone. Very informative. Dentist made things clear and understandable. Will recommend others.

Sketchy practice. Staff isn't nice. They apparently can't use a phone to confirm an auto-scheduling program they have. Then they can't figure out how to call to ask you to pay so they send you to collections for $50. Must be real hard-up for money. Just avoid the headache and bad dental work.

Avoid like the plague!!!

Worst dental experience of my life...brand new dentist, didn't explain anything well, hit a nerve while drilling and now i have permanent nerve damage.

The office manager was rude and actually made fun of me while on the phone.

It was quickly evident that all they cared about was money.

No apology or compensation.

It was easy to make an appointment and I got there the receptionist was courteous and helpful as well as the other staff. Treatment alternatives were giving and everything was explained so that I could understand. Overall a good experience. I would refer clients here.

Great staff and great doctors. They are very kind.

Dr. Steinman always very personable, compassionate & gentle with my dog. His suggestions for treatment are one's that I agree with. Also important- Loki likes Dr. Steinman.

I was very impressed with the office decor and the staff! They are very nice and professional! Thank you for allowing me to trust a dentist again!!

Of course I had a cavity, which is not cool, an expert Novocain injector, gentle with a drill, and pretty easy on the eyes as well.

I got a little carried away playing softball and chipped 2 of my front teeth. Although I was in no pain, they got me in the next day because of how ridiculous I looked. I appreciate not only the prompt service but also the professional demeanor and understand staff.

I just wanted to give my huge thanks to the staff here at Willow Creek Dental. I am petrified of needles and everyone was so comforting and kind to me when I had to get a root canal of all things. I will continue to highly recommend you all!

Been here a few times, I do not have the best teeth but no guilt trips, no money-grubbing, no passive aggressive or creepyness. I HATE going to the dentist, and I usually hate dentists personalities, but I love this place. Dr. Peterson and the staff are exceptional.
