Extremely Poor Service

Unfortunately there is not a rating of MINUS stars. Beyond a doubt, the WORST experience I have had in dealing with a company in the last 20 YEARS! Initial contact was made almost a MONTH ago (8/21). Have made numerous calls, left numerous messages. The few imes I was actually able to talk with Jason he would make promise to call back with an update, and I would hear nothing/nada. The last time I talked to him (9/12), I had to block my caller ID and he picked up not knowing it was me. Again he promised a return call. Today is the 16th and again nothing. Make sure you have a backup before dealing with Jason and Action Label. Once he fails to return your call...RUN to your back up. Their name should be changed to NO ACTION Label Company. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
