Buying experience was good. I though I was buying German engineering and a quality car. after several trips to get many things fixed under warranty , I got a leak in the roof that damaged it. since it was under warrenty they said they fixed it. the problem came back after only 6 months and at that time I was out of warranty, they said it was too bad but wanted to charge me over $1100 to fix they problem whey should have fixed in the first place. the 1800 number they gave me was no help. First and Last Volkswagen I buy. Hope if you get one it does not have any problems, because if it does, the service will not be good
