Moved to Florida in March 2012. Two months into "service" with these morons and I'm looking for a new provider. McAfee doesn't function, and no one is capable of fixing it. Bright House tells you to contact RoadRunner. RoadRunner tells you to contact McAfee, and McAfee tells you to contact RoadRunner. They can't offer technical support other than uninstall and reinstall? Service is sporadic. Make sure you have time to waste if you call...you'll spend 20 minutes just to get a live person and generally THEY have to transfer you. This is one of the worst I have dealt with.

It's not hard to find an internet service provider in central Florida, so you can imagine how disappointed I am when my internet cuts out on a regular basis. for years we have dealt with the tyranny of these terrorists, over-paying for service that is sub-par. I have not gone a full week without my service cutting off, sometimes for days - and it is not just my house getting these issues, it is the whole neighborhood. when we complain they ignore it or say they'll send a technician, who is usually late and almost always just replaces the mid 80's looking modem.don't deal with their terror, save yourself the frustration and go with somebody else.
