Are you kidding!! Never in my life have I ever came across this kind of customer service. Stay clear of Collision. Even the Manager was of no help as he in other words basically accused us of lying. The company has neglected to return calls, Yes, even Mr. Maus himself. We purchased parts we were told would work on the vehicle. We brought them in and after 8 days. A call Finally....... the parts wont work!! Wow!! I only had one day to return them and that has come and gone. The place we bought them from will not take returns on used Equipment but did give us 2 days to return if needed. Too late now. We have been ignored, we have been completely bullied by a Large company that think they can..,. I refuse to back down from this!! Im using all resources that I know through my Business, my friends the internet and I called Toyota Inc in California. Much more will come from me. Tomorrow I have a consultation with a lawyer. Its not the money at this point, its the unacceptable service, attitude and bottom line "Im the big guy and I can do what I want."

I took my vehicle in for some damage that was done to it, it took them over a month to complete the 10 day repair which was given to me by their estimate. it took them two weeks longer to complete the repair process. I had to go back over 3 times, the paint didn't match they had to repaint my vehicle, the kid named brandon in the body shop should be answering the phone.. he doesn't know how to handle customers!!

Overall experience very bad, especially sales tactics and price very bad. Don't believe these "we do everything to get your business" commercials, at all. Money would be better spent by hiring educated and nice sales people, who are actually willing to work with you on price and are open and honest about their dealer prices. Would not recommend David Maus Toyota to anybody. Will not go back there or to any other David Maus dealership again.

We had a wonderful experience at Davis Maus Toyota! I have been having my previous car services there for the past 2 years and loved it. When it came to looking for a new car, I just had to give them a shot. Compared to other dealerships they were professional, attentive, knowledgeable and not too pushy. Just the right level of attention to say "You are important to us and we want to earn your business" but not "OK we will never let you out of our clutches!" No matter who we spoke to, be it finance guys, delivery, sale, customer relations and service they were all excellent!

I had a Rav4 with that their "factory certified" techs mis-diagnosed and cost me a complete engine. Lucky for me it's only going to cost me $4,000 plus tax for a new motor becuase my warranty is out by 430 miles (after being sent on my way with $800 worth of un-needed repairs). If you're thinking David Maus for toyota, you should synonomize it with the Bubonic Plague and run, run fast, and run far. Unless you have a large wad of cash that's annoying you and you just want it to go away...

Provided by YP.comWe got in a small accident in our brand new 2010 Prius on a trip from Tennessee to Florida. We called our insurance company and filed a claim, David Maus Collision was one of the approved repair facilities. Having lived in Orlando for 6+ years prior to moving to TN we had heard of David Maus Toyota and were confident that they would take care of our vehicle. We drove it to the collision center on Monday morning, Jon took a look @ the vehicle and made an appointment for us to bring it back the next day (Tuesday). We took the vehicle in the next day, by 11am on Wednesday Morning the vehicle was done, it looked perfect! This ordeal could of easily ruined our Vacation, but it didnt, and we believe it was because of the excellent service @ David Maus :) . I would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone who has been in an accident in their Toyota :)

David Maus Toyota provides good customer service. There are a lot of people interested in making your buying experience a good one at David Maus, but at times it's almost bothersome. Throughout my process I had no less than 7 different people talk to me/call me after the sale.Good customer service is one thing, but they almost take it too far and make it a nuisance. With all of this being said, my sales person was great and easy to deal with.

Provided by YP.comi went to david maus to buy a truck for work. The next day when i turn it on to hed to work the check engine light came on so i took it to the service dept to have it looked at. Mind you this was a CERTIFIED car. Well aparently they themeselves had no idea what was wrong with it and they kept the truck for THREE DAYS.......the service team there SUCKS they know nothing about anything and they dont return your phone calls. so i broke the contract, got my money back and went somewhere else to buy my truck. That place sucks in customer service so be careful before u go there!!

Provided by YP.comwent to buy a truck and ended up bringing the truck the next day to the dealership because the check engine light came up. Mind you this was a "certified" vehicle. To make the story short they ended up leaving the truck for 3 days because apparently they themselves had no idea what was wrong with it. The service team there sucks...noone knows anything and they pass you on to other people who dont wont even call you back! I ended up braking the contract and got my money back....... needless to say i wont go there anymore!!
