I really like their new location in Sanford

The only problem I have with FDJ on Time is, I go in there for one thing just ONE thing, and end up with a bag full! I see something that piques my interest and I've got to buy it and try it out. They've got SO much stuff, and if it's not in stock, they have catalogs to go through. They are amazeballs! Love them!

I was in today to pick up some gemstone trays and you really can't beat their prices (I know, I've looked on the web.) I drive almost an hour from Clermont on weekends when i need something, because the shopping experience is so positive. I can see all the new items they've got, chat with the staff and management, and they've always been very helpful. Regarding the negative reviews, I have a hard time believing "Jewelry Queen," "Artfully Yours" and "Cr@ppy" aren't the same vindictive person (ALL those bad reviews in ONE day? Really?) Followed by another one just a week later? Hmmm...These people and their jewelry supplies are terrific - drop in there to shop, and find out for yourself!

The people that had problems there must be problems themselves. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed for a necklace I was making and everyone there was so nice. They helped me choose exactly what I needed. I have since taken some classes and they were great Susan and Sonja are great.

I took a soldering class at FDJ and it was great! Good price and good value. I'm going to take more!

I don't know what these other people are talking about! The selection of products is great, the salespeople are very helpful, if they don't know the answer to a question they will find out for you. If they are out of something they try to find something that will work for you.

Central Florida deserves much better than these clowns. Yes they are knowledgeable but wow they really treat you like s#!t. They are slow, they ignore you and act like everytime they help you its like they are doing you a big favor to interrupt their day to bother with a customer. The line employees are okay but the managers stink.

The owner and managers are a$$h0les. SOme employees are kind but they are always out of what I need. Go elsewhere if you can

The only reason I shop here is because Orlando has no other options. I can't stand how they routinely ignore the customer and treat them like they are an interruption to their day. I wish I had another option...when I can wait for online shipping I always go that route instead. Go somewhere else if you can.

Hey I was reading the review above and I had the same experience. Bad slow arrogant service. It's like they don't care about me at all.

I ordered a display case online and stopped by to pick it up. They were very nice when I picked it up. I called when I got home to ask a question about where to screw in the legs since I had 2 sets of legs and 6 screws with only 2 holes to put them all in. The man who answered the phone said he couldn't help me without the product number so I looked it up for him. (I had only been gone an hour from there) Then he asked me why didn't I follow the picture. There were no instructions that came with it. He told me I had too many legs and now he has a display sitting around that he won't be able to sell because I had them so the next time I'm by the area to bring them back!So I follow the picture and the screws are too small and do not screw in to stablize the legs. NOW I'M OFF TO HOME DEPOT TO GET MY OWN SCREWS!!!! I won't be purchasing anything from them again.

I have always had a pleasant and informative experience when speaking to FDJ Tools associates. Brian is particularly helpful, patient, and informative. They have a wide variety of supplies and fair prices. This is the only site that I buy from.
