This place is a dream come true for homeowners. They have a large selection. All the employees are courteous & helpful. Their return policy is hassle-free. I returned some excess material & didn't receive my refund for over a week. I called my bank & there was no notification for a refund & was directed to call Floor & Décor. A manager named Melissa took my call & she was courteous & very helpful. She tried to contact their audit office while I was on the phone. She later realized it was taking a bit longer than usual. She stated that she would call me back. Before her shift was over she called to inform me that she did not get a response from them. She called & left several emails & messages. She stated to me that she would call them in the morning & then update me of the situation. The next morning I checked my credit card account & the refund was there so I thank Melissa for her help. The experience was pleasant.
