Updated review from Angelo. “I purchased a vehicle from Gibson Truck world in 2011, and had trouble with my air conditioner. After speaking GTW they took immediate action and had my truck fixed within 24 hours. I later found out that the bill had I went to a repair shop would have cost in the neighborhood of $1,000. After speaking with Mike, I had a rental vehicle to use for the day and my truck returned the next day. After buying numerous vehicles in the past in Volusia County, there is no doubt I would purchase another vehicle from Gibson Truck World in the future. A special thanks to Mike and Yves. I thank you for making my truck buying experience a great one, and I highly recommend visiting these guys before buying elsewhere. You have a customer for life!!!!"

Adam did a great job and hooked me up. This was the most incredible car buying experience ever, no haggle or hassle. You had a fair market price on the truck I wanted and without any hassle you gave me very fair trade value on my old truck, that is unheard of. He came through on all promises and the deal was easily financed. In my mind, the real test was how good is this bumper to bumper warranty? In September, we put it to the test. This has got to be the ultimate place where they will tell you what you want to hear without any intention of fulfilling those promises. Everything from there service department to there sales lack integrity. The over promise and under deliver. Don't EVER buy a vehicle there. You'll never be happy!

I've been looking for a truck for a few months now and I found Gibson Truck World on TV. I went to their website and it showed a lot of trucks! Almost 300! When I came in I talked to Mike and he listened and found me the exact truck needed. I am very happy with the service and with the deal that I got at Gibson!

just because a person may not speak good english or write, and use proper grammar they paid in U.S. dollars in another review the owner referenced the vehicle he sold as a old truck he sold it with a warranty and when his sales people were selling it they did not say this is a old truck you will probably have mechanical trouble with it. as far as the return policy i bought a truck from gibson truck world and at the end of hours of paper work i was told the return policy did not apply to me because i lived out of state my reply was on the way home i might not be satisfied with the vehicle and want to return it within the time and miles limit. i was told no we can not honor that portion or the free oil changes so do be careful they are used car salesmen so be careful
