The office was fine they actually gave me amazing service but I will not be back solely due to Donna who works in billing for Greenberg dental she treated me like I was beneath her today when I tried to explain why I needed my $127 back and then I would have plenty of money to pay for my appointment on the 23rd she literally made me cancel my appointment so I will no longer be doing business with Greenberg so long as people like Donna are employed, and the last straw was that she actually hung up on me!!

Avoid at all costs! If I could give a zero, I would My two daughters went here today for a routine cleaning. He was a new dentist to us as our insurance has changed. Both of my daughters (13 and 16) bled profusely from the cleaning and said that it hurt very much. I called back and talked to the office. This is their only hygienist and the person I spoke with (Heather) stated that that was "a routine cleaning and what we could expect in the future." Back to our old dentist and paying out of pocket.

Take your children elsewhere! Dr. Michael Ward has no self-control!

"We cater to cowards." That is their motto. Dr. Michael Ward has NO idea how to cater to cowards, as his catchy phrase would suggest. I brought in my 6 year old yesterday morning to have a simple bubble removed, resulted from work he had done there weeks prior. Just as he was about to begin the procedure, he sent me out of the the room. I kindly acquiesced to his command and waited in the lobby. After 15 minutes of hearing my son whimpering, I began to worry, for I did not know the procedure would take so long. Suddenly I heard a mean and loud voice yelling, "THAT IS ENOUGH! YOU STOP THAT RIGHT NOW! JUST STOP IT!" To my surprise he was yelling at my 6 year old little boy who had been crying that whole time with no work performed on him. I was LIVID!!! I was only 10 steps away. A professional doctor should NEVER allow himself to get to that point. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and lack of self-control on his part. Terrible Service! Word of advice:COME AND GET THE PARENT!

whats the point to get an appoinment?

first things first is the first dentist that ask to see you before they make anything . my daugther had an appoinment today and was there for hour and half and nothing they kept on taking people in but i was forgoten then i ask the lady at the desk and she tells me that it was the hygenist but they were not even sopossed to do anything in the first place so was the hold up . other wise look for another dentist many greenberg dental are acredited to the bbb but not these one .
