Horizon coach lines along with allegiant air miss communicated my pick up. They have the wrong day on record even after i stated the correct day Several times. They literally left my daughter and I stranded in Orlando. Both company's blame one another so I have been unable to even be refunded for the return trip. There attitude was very nonchalant. When I called to confirm my pick up time (again) they told me I am not on the schedule. They have me on the schedule for a different day. When I explained (again) that the day way scheduled incorrectly they did nothing to try to help! My daughter and I had NO ride to the airport from Orlando. She is 8 and upset and I am a wreck. I am a very organized person which is why I tried to correct the error in their schedule over and over again and they assured me it wasn't an issue...and now they have left us stranded here.
