Angie and John the Front Office Managers were friendly from the moment we spoke on the phone throughout the entire 2 day repair process my vehicle endured. Being 1000 miles away from home I contacted at least a DOZEN companies to help with my vehicle repairs. 11 of them made me feel like a complete inconvenience and burden with limited to no help. When I spoke to Angie and John at Motorworks they were so courteous and helpful it was a breath of fresh air. It felt great to experience First Class Customer Service. After being told countless times the repair would take 7-10 days they were happy to get started the SAME DAY.

My vehicle had been sitting for 5 months and was in need of several repairs. Allen (The Owner) and Jon (The Technician who performed the work on my vehicle) Were EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and equally as professional and helpful. They went above and beyond on numerous occasions to make absolute certain nothing on my vehicle got overlooked. Now hearing that most people, myself included, think of course your going to be "thorough" so you can charge me as much as possible right...?? Well not Motorworks!! On 2 occasions all diagnostics and troubleshooting lead to a part replacement, but still didn't satisfy Jon. So Jon would continue to test and troubleshoot the issue until he was certain of the cause. Both times it led to a much simpler a less expensive repair SAVING me HUNDREDS IN REPAIR COSTS. Not too mention he wasn't billing me additional labor for his efforts.

They helped me find a hotel, a rental car and treated me so exceptionally. After all work was completed I immediately left form their parking lot and drove straight home, over 1000 miles. The vehicle ran exceptionally. I can't THANK them enough for how AMAZING they treated me and my vehicle.

Hello, I would like to thank the team members at Motorworks of Florida for a great job find and fixing the problems with my 2011 Dodge Nitro. they were friendly and kept me up to date of what they were doing to fix my problems. This shop is great. They did a great job on my Nissan pathfinder. and other cars i have. they are very honest, professional and reasonable price. Trustworthy people with the highest business ethics. please consider them if you have to fix your car. I would recommend anyone to go there.
