Provided by YP.comI could not have asked for a better experience from the employees and this store. I have purchased several power sports over the years and this, out of state, experience was by far the best ever. The staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with and extremely accessible by phone and email. Throughout the process I had the pleasure of speaking with the Dealer/GM and he went above and beyond the call of duty to insure I had a first rate experience and was completely satisfied with my purchase. When I get ready to purchase again, I will look no further than Seminole Power Sports. Outstanding Job!

Provided by YP.comSEMINOLE POWERSPORTS IS THE BEST RENTAL PLACE EVER!!! The Owner Kirby and his employees where professional and relatable! We 1st rented from them in 2012 but this last rental we were looking to rent their Spyder Rs for 2 days and a 3rd for free but someone else had the pleasure of getting it 1st but the Owner Kirby went out of his way the not only find us a CanAm rental that we wanted and didn't have at the moment but he also upgraded us to a CanAm Spyder Rt which was a more expensive rental at the same price which was a excellent offer but we ended up keeping the rental for 5 days at the price of two days because he wanted us to enjoy the time we had the rental and that made our Anniversary that much more special! We were more then pleased with the rental because the bike was great in itself but we were more appreciative in having the opportunity to do business with a company who cares about people more than money and THATS WHAT I CALL EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks Kirby we will never forget this anniversary "present" ! Tim and Tonya

Provided by YP.comWELL WOULD NOT ADVISE TAKING OLDER BIKES BEFORE 03 to them.... Lets see took bike in after my YZF600 2001 with only 5200 original miles to get serviced after being in storage for 2 years. Never got to really enjoy the bike. Simple chain adjustments and fluid changes the bike run like a dream until 1/2 mile down the road that's when my engine blown out completely ... Had bike towed to there shop that same day they said "We tested everything before it left the shop " that's a joke If you did you would have realized you overfilled my tank and tranny fluids to cause pressure and it blown the lower end of my motor out. They had the bike for over 6hrs in there bay just for an adjustment and fluid changes and charged me over 300 bucks ... for what for a $1600 mistake that they refused to correct... Luckily I was deploying at the time for Embassy duty I run out of time to claim a lawsuit against them but I do believe their service team has rotated, and changed since then , but if I wanted to cause financial hardship to an enemy I would sure to be sending them to these guys there almost guaranteed to get them killed in and out of the pocket. They do have some good quality's but bad Mechanics well they did when I went to them with trust of my machine....

Provided by YP.comI'm a beginner bike rider, so I went in there to talk about bikes and which one would be best for my height. I walked around the entire show room for 15mins not one employee tried to help me. And when I finally got someones attention (I had to make myself known) I was treated horribly. I will not be going back there to make my purchase. These reviews aren't lying, the service is horrible. Don't even waste your time/money there.

Provided by YP.comDon't waste your time with this place. I went to Seminole Powersports to buy a Yamaha V-Star, I was shown around the showroom floor by Enrique "Rick" Santiago. This guy was rude, condescending, and not willing to negotiate on the bike, obviously suffering from Napoleon Syndrome. When I asked if he would work with me on the price he said "I doubt it these are 2012's...it's not like we are going to give you 2K off the price". The funny thing is, I would have driven that out of their showroom for a $500.00 discount, but he never gave me the chance. They lost a customer for life, and I will be sure to tell everyone about my bad experience with this place.

Provided by YP.comI would stay away from this service department if i was a customer looking to get your ride repaired.
For one they dont know what they are doing at all. They say they are a honda dealer but you wouldnt know it. They dont know anything about them.
My bike was there a week and they claim there was nothing wrong with the brakes on the front. Well thats not the best part they even wanted to charge me for doing nothing for god sakes
. I took the bike to another dealer and got it repaired under my warranty . They are rude people as well . It looks like to me they have a bunch of back yard wantta be's working there.

Provided by YP.comThe service department at SPS is the worst ever! They are rude and inconsiderate to their customers. Go ahead and check the BBB website and you will see 5 service related issues. That a problem should even have to go to that level to be resolved is absurd. Personally they performed shoddy work on my bike, dfelivered damaged parts and would not stand up to their errors. Instead the blame was pushed on to me. Yes, I brought my bike home, damaged it, and then called them that there was a problem...RIGHT! The service manager was the biggest finger pointer of all and basically called me a liar! I was so disgusted. Please don't make the mistake I did. There are many independent repair shops in town that would love and appreciate your business, SPS does not!

Provided by YP.comI am a avid motorcycle rider and have been for over 25 years. I recently brought my bike to Seminole Power Sports and was SO disappointed by bothe the service techs and the counter people at the dealership. I was talked to in a condescending way and made to feel like I did not know my bike or what it operated like BEFORE it was brought in. Not only did it take over a week for a simple repair, but when I complained that the problem was not fixed I was told it was and there should be no further problems. Well, I took their word and the ride home confirmed my suspicions. Not only did they not fix the problem, but there was a loose part rattle that was so LOUD I could not believe they did not hear nor fix. This rattle was not there upon my drop-off. I brought it back and they made me feel like I was hearing something that was not there. They were so rude I just had to walk out of there. Take my advice and that of others here and on Citysearch to stay away from this place. They will be a huge waste of your time, money and patience!!

Provided by YP.comI bought my boat from seminole power sports 3 years ago. After buying the boat and having several problems the first year i was told by curby the GM at the store quote: (you should of bought a Yamaha boat, because they are better built boats). Funny how i was not told that when i bought $46k later. However the boat has had more problems then you would imagine, let put it this way it sits in theior shop more in the summer then it does in the water. The service guys lie to you alll the time. bring the boat in and then it sits and they give you all the excuses in the world about why the tech is not working on it. Unbelievable. Now the boat has been sitting in their shop for 5 weeks and everyday i get the run around . They don't return phone calls, they claim to be busy but if you drive by there they are all text messaging. I will never do business with these people again, nor will i refer any friends there. If you speak to anyone who knows seminole power sports it all seems to be the same story. They are a one hit wonder not sure if they will be around once the word of mouth gets out. Simply said
SEMINMOLE POWER SPORTS
SERVICE IS A JOKE.

Provided by YP.comDo yourself and your ride a favor and stay as far away from this service department as you can. They are rude, unprofessional and just plain nasty to their customers. Their finger pointing and blaming are beyond reprehensible. NEVER in my life have I been treated so badly as a customer. They damaged my bike and refused to own up to it. I know every inch of the bike and when I called them up to report the damage done I was blamed for it. Are you kidding? Even the service mamanger himself, Ken, would not help me out. Please read the reviews, here and on Citysearch. You will be glad that someone opened your eyes to their sham!!

Provided by YP.comI would not recommend Seminole Power Sports in Sanford because their service department was a major disappointment. I took my motorcycle to their service department twice and they charged a fortune to fix a couple of things but I thought I'd go ahead and get it done thinking I'd get what I paid for. As it turns out, they did a shoddy job and when I took it back to them, they still couldn't fix the problem and wanted to charge me more. To top it off, the people working at the service department desk were unprofessional and rude. I couldn't believe how I was treated and I wouldn't want any of my friends or family to experience that, so I am getting the word out there - do not to go to Seminole Power Sports for your service.

Provided by YP.comAre you ready to deal with headaches, bad customer service and the blame game? Then this place is for you. Have you read the reviews? Please do! My experience with this service department was the worst of my life. All I got were excuses as to parts being backordered, personnel out for personal reasons, incorrect parts being received, etc, etc, etc. Meanwhile they had my bike for almost two months! Yes that's right! And the real kicker was that when I finally got it back there were so many things done incorrectly that it needed to go back. Did I even think of taking it back...NO! I would not let those jerks ever touch my bike again. I went elsewhere and paid someone else to fix what they did not even though they were paid to do so. Try talking to the service manager Ken, that man was a loser! No empathy, no respect, no apology..just excuses. AVOID Seminole Power Sports guys if you know what's good for you.

Provided by YP.comTake your bike elsewhere if you need it fixed. These jackholes cracked my fender when taking the bike into the garage for a routine tire and oil change (obviously, some negligent idiot service moron that doesn't give a sh*t about the bikes he's suppossed to be fixing). They tell me they'll fix it for free (duh) and have it ready for me in a week. I ask them to compensate for inconveniencing me, seeing as the bike is my SOLE form of transportation, they give me a whopping $30 off of a +$400 repair bill. The reason? They claim that since the bike is still "ridable" that they are, in fact, not inconveniencing me and that I am choosing to leave it. Who in their right mind would ride their damn motorcycle with a completely cracked fender?? It's unsafe and looks like crap, PLUS I didn't bring it in that way so why should I have to leave with it that way? Unbelievable... A week passes by... nothing. I call them and the damn bike still isn't fixed. WTF??? I need my damn bike and they tell me the part still hasn't arrived?! Then they tell me the part had to be ordered from a local Suzuki store. LOCAL!! How 'bout this? Send one of your incompetent employees TO the store to pick it up in person. If had known that, I would've picked the damn part up myself and saved some time. Why in the hell didn't they think of that? Maybe because they DON'T GIVE A SH*T! Utterly ridiculous. Whatever you do, STAY AWAY! Nothing but as*holes in this place, which is sort of typical for a motorcycle sales and repair business, however, most other establishments like this take pride in their work.... This place does not. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Provided by YP.comI went to SPS thinking ok theyre well known and should be reputable. Not at all I went there and purchased a new set of Michellin Pilot Power 2cts, top of the line tires. Had them installed. On the ride home to titusville 45 min i noticed a slight wobble which was progressively gettinng worse, by the time I got home I noticed that they didnt even remove the old adhesive from the old weights simply removed the previous 4 and stuck on 2 new ones onto the old adhesive whicj was longer than the 2 new ones and was old, the weights were HANGING on so i assumed this was the cause of the wobble. I called SPS and took it in the next day, 1/2 way there it began raining :) so i arrived soaked, I had one associate tell me oh its knida wet hugh? so i enter the service dept where I expalin to Brian what happened, nothing he simply told the tech and had it fixed. I never got one appology any compensation or anything, I would have never been in the rain if they had done the job right the first time. Regardless of the time I took between classes to ride for no reason at all. I can FIRMLY say that that was the 2nd time I went there and it will surely be the last and the same goes for my fellow riders, The service was asstonishingly horrible.
