Very upset. I called and requested an application for my mother. an application was sent to my email. I printed and filled it out and mailed it back. two weeks later I followed up and was told it was an incomplete application. I did not get several forms. She mailed them to me again. I sent them with a required 30.00 fee. Two weeks later I called again.she could not find the app.Once she found we talked about her credit being to low to qualify from a foreclosure. We decided she would not apply at that time. I ask for my check to be returned and to withdraw the application completely. She told me to send her a letter regarding the reason. I did. 4 months later they called my mother to tell her she did not qualify. They ran her credit and cashed the check months after we withdrew the request for consideration. I called and the lady in charge did not remember the calls or situation and denyed knowing we requested our money back by email. I resent the email and she sent me a disqualifying notice.This is mot just unorganization its fraudulent activity. Filing with elderly services.
