I am truly humbled by the service by the Manager, Greg Thomas. I had to leave town due to an emergency. He took me in at 5:30pm and his team figured out that my Tire was deflating due to a valve stem issue. I was out of their facility by 6pm and didn't even charge me since the service was conducted by other Tire Kingdom. Greg and his Associates were top notch and I will make sure to advocate this business. Thank Greg for being a shining example for the Tire Kingdom brand.

Bought 4 new tires in March 2016. Today, Oct 18, 2016, the left rear tire totally separated. When we got to the car, husband, another man, daughter and myself couldn't find any nails, screws, or anything that would have caused it to break. Even the AAA tow driver couldn't find anything. When husband called the store, the first thing the guy said was it's a nail...hadn't even laid eyes on it. Went to pick up car and of course the found a nail and of course the "warranty" doesn't cover that. Cost almost $57.00 to change out tire...I paid $91.00 for the tire in March. I don't mind paying something for labor, but not over half of the cost of a 7 month old tire that doesn't get driven that much. Not to mention, the front desk staff sucks. Will stick with the guys across the street from them....much nicer. THIS COMPANY STINKS
