When you begin working at this place, it all feels and seems Operation and OK. Until you start getting comfortable with the way they handle your Commissions and you start to notice how hours or sales are missing but yet you closed them or even confirmed they were legit. Complete BS if you ask me! Another Frustration that many people not just me had was the unexpected way of changing or applying rules such as when you can or cannot do or say this. Commission Rate change and such an annoying way of getting paid. To end it here, if you want to save yourself time. Find another place for employment.
