Run. Bought a vehicle from Donald Daigle and in 6 days it had mechanical problems so bad it was not drivable. After careful look at the title it was in his wife's name and had not been transferred to him so he could not sell us the vehicle anyway. He said he wouldn't give the money back ($1000.00) - fix the vehicle- or give us the title. But since we don't want the title or vehicle, that is fine. A state of police investigator told us D & L Transmission has lost their license to conduct inspecyions. Also the investigator is having an independnet inpsection on the vehicle to see how we proceed from here. The was already a warning in his records at the Maine State Police so he's done something else, somewhere.
We are 21 years old and he conned us so PUBILC...BEWARE. Very shady people.

I find these guys to be relible, available and good mechanics. they do what I ask or suggest a better solution. I would reccomend these guys for anyone with an older car that you "just fix the problem" and not come back to you with a whole list of stuff they"reccomend" they could fix and drain your checking account. I had them fix my alternator. They thought it might be a cheaper fix and so changes out the belt and cables. It was good for a few days but it was the alternator going after all, so they fixed it right, charged me for the alternator, but did not charge me the labor. They guys are upstanding mechnics that treat the customer right!
