I made a reservation off their website for my daughter. On their website, it allows you to enter the occupants name and a different name for the billing information, so I booked this room for my daughter and put it on my credit card. They require pre-payment in order to reserve a room. I received an email with the confirmation. On the night of the checkin, at 25 minutes to 10pm, my daughter gets a phone call and the man tells her that she can no longer have the room. She is 6 hours from home, has a baby and no where to go. She frantically calls me, I call the man and he is the rudest man and tells me that you can't charge a room for someone else. This should of been conveyed prior to them accepting my money and giving me a confirmation. I offer to send him pictures of my ID and my card. I tried talking sense to this man but he just yelled at me. So why doesn't the same rules apply if they have to have 2 days, why is he allowed to cut our reservation with 25 minutes notice.

The owner here practices theft and swindling towards paying customers. NEVER AGAIN!!!
