I have used Briggs for the past 10 years. Most recently bought 10 yards of mulch and 2 tons of river rock. Very happy with their service. Also needed a 5 gallon bucket full of pea rock and they threw that in for free!

I ordered 2 tons of top soil and paid $110.00 plus tax for it including a $50.00 delivery charge to go 8 miles. Soil was delivered while I was not home and I shorted (EXTREMELY) after calling and talking to Mike Briggs the owner I was told basically I was S**T out of luck and I got what I paid for. Having had top soil delivered in the past I know what 2 tons looks like I literally got a small pile that at it highest point was not ever 2 1/2 feet tall and NO WHERE NEAR 2 TONS. I called a second to see what we could do to rectify the situation and I was told he was confident I got what I paid even though he was not one who delivered it and the is NOTHING he was willing to do to make the situation right. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!! POOR SERVICE AND POOR ATTITUDES OF THE STAFF!!!! DO NOT USE!!!
