The front staff was great but the Vet. wasn't very professional. Wasn't very friendly toward our dog. Didn't greet our dog, was scared of the dog. Never asked any questions about our dog. Never did any kind of Physical on our dog. Grabbed our dog and started to poke him without prior touching the dog. Our dog was upset and scared and the Vet. had to re do the vaccination so dog was more upset. I would never go back or recommend any pet owner to go to Sanford Animal Clinic. Almost like the Vet was not even a Vet. I never saw a Vet. that never spoke or touched the animal before started grabbing and poking the dog. Never asked us one question about anything about our dog or concerns with our dog. Very unprofessional! If I could give it a negative mark, I would.
