Terrible. I went looking for Timberlands. They didn't have the size I needed, they convinced me that a size smaller would be best because they run big. I got the size smaller and I called to get the size I needed ordered and they said I would have to exchange for other shoes because they don't accept refunds. They should've just been up front to begin with and said, we can't get the shoes in. Instead of making me purchase a pair of shoes I thought could be exchanged.
