Excellent customer service. Quick and professional. I called at 8 a.m. on a Monday morning and explained to Crystal what the problem was and that I was at work and needed someone there by a certain time. She took my name and number and called me back in less than 5 minutes and said they could do it. It wasn't long before Jeff called to let me know he was on the way. He finished the job quickly an did a great job. I will definitely recommend them and will use them again if ever I need a plumber.

Great service! Came within an hour of calling, I was impressed.

They showed up when they promised, looked the situation over, rough quoted within $50 of the final bill, had supplies on hand including a new water heater that turned out not to be needed, and finished before the time they said it would take. All this after driving 30 miles to get here because all of the local plumbers wouldn't do anything except new construction. My 1928 house has never been in better hands.
