It seems traveling mailbox staff lacks customer service from beginning to the very end of our two year experience. Right from the initial setup.



Traveling mailbox may offer a lot more than their competitors but the customer care is really lacking. I can't stress enough how important this is to prospective and/or new customers. Yes they offer free scanning, they are quick to forward mail and respond immediately to a customer inquiry; but they are also quick to make their customers angry. We will not be recommending this service to colleagues, friends or family. We would have rather paid more for a more professional, well-trained staff. That's the mistake we made.



Travis, on the other hand, has a better attitude than his staff. He follows up, he shows that he cares about the customers that pays his bills, puts food on his family's table. He's the only one who keeps this business afloat. Knowing he was on staff allowed us to stay with the for two years.
