Angie was really nice and worked hard to get me set up for in home delivery of my CPAP. Ron who delivered my CPAP and went through setting it up and how to use it was really nice and personable. He was very thorough and I appreciate his taking the time to answer questions. Then after my first night I got a call from Stephanie asking me how my first night was. Did not know this machine tells them how long I used it. That is so cool. Hopefully everything will continue to be positive. I'll come back and select additional stars after I've had the machine for a month.

For some reason, this company was selected by my provider. It is in Sanger, TX which is a long way from Lewisville. They do not answer their phones. They have a recording telling you to leave a message, but they do not return your call. I have been trying to speak to someone for over a month to make a change in my mask. If your provider suggests them, ask for someone else!

These people do not have a staff respiratory therapist and clearly do not know what they are doing! And they will lie when it is convenient. I am a.respiratory therapist for over 20 years. Run from these people!!!
