They will hold your boat hostage and not allow you to sell it or move it. Even if you pay them more than you owe them. They mark up the slips with rediculous fees and then wont let you move out. There are too many other marina's that you can take your boat. The run it like the mafia...everyone that works there is related so they have you over a barrell and you cant get out once they get you in. BEWARE. They could let people OWN their own posessions and stay out of the sale.

Mr. Wallace will find a way to charge you for bogus repairs and other fees when there is no justification. When you argue these false charges, he will threaten to not let you leave the marina, even putting chains on your boat to extort money from you. Watch out and stay away from this loser. There are too many other lakes and marina choices around here to put up with the misery that this Marina will give you. Dont walk, RUN!
