The first time I walked in, there was nobody at the counter. I believe it was 9pm, so it was 3 hours before close, and no reason there should not have been someone there to, at the very least, greet us. We waited for a few minutes, and I called to the back asking if anyone was there. Nobody answered, so we left.

I went for a second visit and was helped by a very conversational guy. He was really nice and appreciated that I knew to ask for avocado before piling the veggies on my sandwich (I work in a deli that offers sandwiches). Though the second visit was pleasant, the first visit leaves a dirty smudge on my impression of the place. 2 stars docked for poor management that led that that unfortunate experience.
