Provided by YPmobileDr. Coghlan is OUTSTANDING! He has been my vet since appx 2002. Recently, I moved to Arizona, have been unable to find a competent vet in Phoenix. EVERY time we visit SoCal I consider taking my cats with me for a checkup. They're great car riders.
These horrible reviews CAN'T be truthful! I GUARANTEE there is part of the story missing! Dr. Coghlan is the MOST competent vet I've met, since the mid 1970s. He TRULY cares about your pet a THOUSAND times MORE than he does the money! His charges are WELL below normal, because he wants EVERYONE to be able to have QUALITY pet care. Those couple of negative reviews, IGNORE them! Visit Dr. Coghlan, and form your OWN OPINION! I GUARANTEE you, you'll never go anywhere else! He is wonderful!

Provided by YP.comI had been to 2 other vets and spent a fortune trying to help my cat with her breathing problem. I went to see Dr. Coghlin and he diagnosed her with a cyst in her throat and removed it and she is finally cured! He is the most caring, kind and friendly vet - he really loves animals and they love him it seems. The best advice is always word of mouth which is why it is so important too have good friends (thanks Karen!)
The receptionists and technicians are all very kind and friendly and the hospital is clean but going through renovation. The tech showed me the back area and it is incredible - modern, clean smelling - better than most human hospitals!!!
I had to write this review because I am so very thrilled to find this veterinarian after all I have been through. The prices are very good too BTW...

Provided by YP.comMy dog was misdiagnosed with a bee sting from a different veterinarian. This other dr. gave her meds (the wrong ones), and told me she might get worse before she got better. Well, she became toxic and looked like she was dying. My neighbor told me to take her to Dr. Coghlan. It was Sunday and he was a neighbor. I took her to his house. He was just about to leave for the airport with his family to go on a vacation. He said if she didn't have emergency surgery, she would prob. not make it through the night. He offered to do the surgery on the way to the airport and saved her life! He spared me the expense of a weekend emergency visit somewhere else. And charged me very little. He cares about the animals, and has great ideas about diet, doesn't over-vaccinate, knows his stuff! And his prices are the best around!

Provided by YP.comThis vet truly cares about your pet as much as you do. You can tell that they are not in it for the money, it's because they have a heart for all animals and want to give them the best possible care ever. The thing that touched me the most is when Dr. Coghlan, himself, tried to grab a urine sample from my dog the old fashioned way by waiting for him to urinate on the grass and capturing it so he wouldn't have to use a catheter, which is invasive and uncomfortable. This is the first vet where my dog was actually wagging his tail despite being very sick instead of shaking uncontrollably. Dr. Coghlan is one of a kind vet who really knows his stuff and will give your pet the best care possible. All of their prices are reasonable and actually below what other vets are charging. This is the best vet that I've ever been to and I'm truly thankful and blessed to have found this wonderful place by a friend of mine.
