Dan is very professional and on time.
Dan installed our new dishwasher and replaced the water lines.
All our screens were replaced.
We have now new custom made shelves in our garage. Thanks to his recommendation we can park our vehicles in the garage with room to spare. He is trustworthy and knowledgeber in all he does. My wife had a lot of questions regarding our home repairs which were answered by Dan. He evan took our dog for a short walk when needed. Our family including my dog love this guy. We would recommend Dan for all our home repairs. I told all my coworkers about our new contractor. Thank you Dan, we'l call you again.

Dan helped me with a kitchen remodel and many other upgrades to my condo including new baseboard, new casing, painting, new doors, plumbing, electrical, and tile work. He is very reliable and does outstanding work. He thinks through the solution before beginning the task so that it is done right the first time. He is very meticulous and his work is beautifully done. He was always available so that this remodel could keep moving along at a reasonable pace. Thank you Dan; everything looks great!

Dan is a meticulous craftsman who takes pride in his work. He sees small details that might go unnoticed and makes thoughtful suggestions about how to address problems. He is prompt, thorough, clean, friendly, and reasonably priced. i'm very happy with his remodeling my bathroom and plan to use him for other jobs.

Very prompt. Extremely reasonable prices. I have already had Dan do two projects in my home and he is quoting me on two more projects. He is now my go to guy. As someone who has had bad luck with previous projects in the home Dan is a refreshing change of pace. He is reliable, honest and very hard working. I could not be more pleased that I found him!!

We have a custom built-in corner TV cabinet that did not allow for us to accommodate a larger TV without adjustments to the two-level cabinet. Since the tile flooring goes right up to the cabinet, the only solution was to cut the cabinet down and make it all one level. In addition, a gas valve for the fireplace needed to be rerouted from inside the cabinet to the outside. Dan came the same day I called him, thought through each step of the process carefully, and took on the challenge of remaking a custom cabinet into a "new" custom cabinet. I am so thrilled with the job he did, I keep standing in front of it and admiring what was accomplished. Not only was his workmanship amazing, but Dan is very pleasant to work with. I felt his price was reasonable. Now all we need is the new TV!! I can't wait to think up another job for Dan, and I would recommend him to anyone.

I had Dan do lighting, screen repair, duct work, closet repair and fix a toilet. After jobs well done I also had him replace a 25yr old collapsed patio deck. He did it in one day, and it looks outstanding! He is very courteous and personable, does clean work and is very knowledgeable. I'm very happy to have found someone who I count on after being through quite a few different companies with work that was wasn't near the quality that should be expected for a service. If you want a handy man Dan is your guy!

had a problem with electrical. dan came that morning and not only found the problem but also fixed it. he's timely, HONEST, professional and excellent!

this is the 2nd time i have called on him to do a job and it won't be the last. my wife & i have several projects lined up for him.

Two thumbs up! I would always refer "A Dan the Handyman" a general contractor to everyone. For a long time I have used a lot of handy people including two other contractors. I often got disappointed in a lot of areas as professionalism, pricing and lack of interest for smaller projects. Dan arrived on time, identified the problems and quote me a very decent price on the spot. Prior of starting the work. He took the time required to do the job right the first time. Prices were fair! At the end of the job he cleaned up the debris and removed the trash that resulted from his work. I finally found a person that I would highly recommend. Thank you Dan for a great job!

Dan is the best! Whenever I need his services, I know the job will be not only done right the first time, it will also be done well. I have only had great results when using her services. I have known this man many years and will continue to use his services as long as he continues to work!

We called Dan to have smoke detectors replaced and a carbon monoxide detector installed. Dan was on time, professional, and did a great job! Our dog loved him, so

When recently moving my brother, the tasks of resettling were monumental. I called Dan the Handyman and he arrived later that day and completed our first list of adding shelves, hooks, hanging pictures etc. Then 2 days later I called him and he arrived within a few hours and completed the rest of the picture hanging and other handyman items. He is very efficient, professional and prompt. The move was more pleasant because of him. He is honest and I would recommend him for any of our handyman needs!

I hired Dan to perform the labor (demolition and re-construction) associated with the renovation of my condo in Santa Ana, CA. Dan's work is top quality and he did the work in a timely and professional manner. My personal residence is far away from my investment condo which resulted in my not being able to be present while Dan was doing his work. Dan does not require supervision and he also acted as my project manager for things like accepting deliveries from Home Depot. Dan kept me informed during every step of the project and was able to resolve issues in my absence (all to my complete satisfaction). Dan is completely trustworthy and his work is exceptional. He shows up when he is supposed to, and his rates are very reasonable. Dan treated my property like it was his own and he takes great pride in his work. I would highly recommend Dan and I continue to utilize his services to this day for minor maintenance issues.
