The company up and decides to have a week of mandatory overtime that isn't technically ot because the campaign is closed for holidays. There will be no time and half pay for this because you're just getting 40 hrs. The company is shady. There are all sorts of policies that are broken, dress code violations that go unnoticed because of who the person is friends with. They tell you you can make up to 1.25 more an hr but make it nearly unattainable. The only way to move up in the company is to have a criminal record. You literally do mot know who is sitting next to you all day, are they a thief, a drug addict, sex offender. How do you have a contract with a state organization if you have people working for you with felonies? Oh, and in order to get up to use the bathroom, you have to call workforce and ask permission

My God,

How can this company improve on running their business? You have people becoming leads based off absolutely nothing in most departments. For example the office of group benefits campaign! "supervisors" deemed employees that failed test, leads after a week and a half. They made individuals rovers when they had no knowledge of any of the relevant information, but could write people up for colored drinks. When asking a lead why this is, the reply was "Well these people have shown a little bit more"... (really) When? How? Because they took the initiative to pass out paper? All the employees went through the same training. I often wonder if this company is based off who you know or how you look, as opposed to your actual work ethic. There are people here hardly ever show up to work, but barely get any disciplinary action, but based off a cell phone you can be terminated?? A lot of us employees don't even know what our weekly schedule is going to be until a day before YET when I ask to trade a schedule with another employee a day and a half in advance, it gets denied because it's not 48 hours in advance when both parties agreed to the trade. I kid you not, I have received a call about my schedule not even 12 hours before the scheduled shift. There is an employee that was accused of leaving early based off your non working computer systems, but because you guys have no cameras or anything he can't even prove he was there, so he was written up. If he wasn't so broke due to the crappy pay of ansafone, I'd advise him to get a lawyer if he were to ever get fired from this company. (Funny, I hear the owner is sitting pretty across the street in an immaculate condo raking in the cash) While the rest of us stress if we are going to be employed from day to day. You guys want our calls to be quality but you have us in a warehouse sitting right next to each other where we can't even clearly hear the customer/member/client on the phone. You guys go off scores and trust the person giving the scores but do the "head" people actually listen to the calls??? Don't get me started on the lousy parking situation. People are called out frequently to move their car if they are double parked but I always see a supervisors car double parked. Maybe you this company is really unaware of how the company is ran, but hopefully some of these issues can be improved so the turn over rate can be reduced and so the company can have a much more professional and smoother flow.
