I have never had a better car buying experience than the one I had April 10th with Martin in sales and Rudy in finance at Auto Ranch. My son wanted a very specific vehicle and color.Tthe only one we could find was 500 miles away from home at Auto Ranch in Santa Ana Ca.. I contacted Martin (best salesman I've had in 56 years of buying cars) who was amazing. He gave me advice on how to arrange the financing while saving on interest and time all from home. Rudy the finance manager worked with my insurance company State Farm (who did the financing lower than the bank) to make the easiest and best purchase for my son's first car deal. They did a total car sales process for my son who left with a fully registered new for him car and a very big smile on his face. I give Auto Ranch a five star rating and two thumbs up for sure.

salesman Eddie waited for us till midnight and gave us a very great deal on the car we wanted . Very satisfied with his customer service !! If i was able to give 10 stars i would !

Niko helped me buy my first car! He gave me a GREAT deal for a used Honda Civic 2014 coupé. He made sure I was approved before I drove the 3 hour drive to check it out which was convenient He did all the work in getting me approved and negotiated really well. These guys were super helpful. I have now had my car for a couple months and I have no complaints! The paperwork and staff kept everything quick and simple to the point. Very satisfied customer!

After being turned down by multiple dealers, Found the Car we were looking for, 2014 Dodge Challenger, at a good price!! Mohammad, who helped us out was fantastic!! Made sure we got approved at the down payment we wanted and at the monthly payment we wanted!!! Mohammad Answered all of our questions, made the car buying process stress free and painless!!! Mohammad even sent us to have the tires replaced... Nico, who had us sign the paperwork, made that process hassle free and answered any questions we had... Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car... Five stars!!!!

Very quick and to the point. Paper work was filled quickly then sent off to State farm for the loan. Walked away a happy customer with really great monthly payments. Staff seems professional and know what they're talking about. The service was quick and friendly. I had no wait time and was attended to very quickly. Will buy a car from here again if needed

EXTREMELY Happy with my car buying experience, after having it become stressful and a hassle due to awful car salesman I had encountered before I met Nico, he is the nicest guy, professional, easy going, not pushy, straightforward, kind, he made sure my mom and I understood what I was getting myself into :) no gimmicks, no lies, negotiated the timing of my down payment, I truly felt like he actually cares about his costumers, not just selling vehicles, which is rare - I had been to many other dealers where salesman were jerks, was judged and belittled due to my credit which is not great. We are human and make mistakes. Who are we to judge? In our business (my line of work) regardless of our CUSTOMER'S history we believe that everyone is to be treated with the utmost respect, even if unable to do business with them, there are polite ways to communicate this, no need to be rude or disrespectful. So, I got to a point were I was disheartened and disappointed prior to coming to Auto Ranch but Nico and Mr. Rudy were great, I got a great deal, very nice, clean car and the best I am riding on my way to redemption by making my first car payment on time! Can't wait to buy another car soon, yep, my mom and my son will be buying cars soon and I am definitely highly recommending AUTO RANCH to them and anyone else who is shopping for a car! :)

I f I can give them 6 stars I would. I got to say I'm impressed with their customer service at this used car lot. I was a little hesitant at first from buying at a used car dealership. However, their team was extremely helpful and I am glad to have went through them. I've had my Q50 for about a month now and It drives like a champ. I recommend you give them a chance when looking for used cars.
