I asked for 3/8 heater hose bought 10 feet of hose. Got home and realized they sold me 10 feet of fuel hose. I needed trans cooler hose also for a leaky trans line. I figured I would go exchange the incorrect hose for trans cooler hose. When returning I the girl on the counter had not let me explain their mistake when she stopped me dead in my tracks that auto zone does not exchange hose. I didn't want to argue so I went to Orielly's to get my hose. Come to realize my trans leak was from a cracked radiated I guess what I bought a new radiator at Orielly's. Too bad Autozone your poor service costed you to lose a customer and all my purchases on my civic from here on out. I am now looking to replace my struts. Guess where I am going to purchase them now?
