I pre ordered 2 ducks hats, 1) they charged my card immediately. ( I get that it's a pre order and it takes time to create) 2. emailed them around November 11th to get a shipping update and didn't get a response back. I am a paying costumer and I deserve to know when my PURCHASED product was going to be available. I bought them for a gift for a friend for their birthday and I still do not have the hats! Do you know how big of a fool I looked? Poor costumer service and I'm disputing charges on my card ASAP. Never recommending this company to friends and will not purchase from them again.
