They need to respond to customers needs and complaints in a more business like manner. My van was towed and when I went to retrieve it at Coast to Coast they swiped my card and did not have paper in the POS. The double charged my cousin.

Resolution Sought
Able needs to fax a copy of that charge to Chase Bank. Attention: Mr. Gregory at fax number 909-875-2493. I've tried to get Able to do it but he 's stalling in hopes of keeping the over charge. Claim #663905386060001 Call the Claims Department if there are any questions. 866-564-2262
