Really bad customer service I call to cancel the cake and they won't refund me the money only store credit when I had pay it in full. I won't come back I will used Portos instead

I was an out of state bride looking for a phenomenal tasting cake that still had an outstanding presentation. Our cake was a three tiered yellow cake with chocolate ganache and one layer was strawberry cassata. Every guest raved about the taste if our cake and the cake looked exactly how I envisioned. The cake was worth more than what I paid for it. For those brides looking for luxury on a budget I highly recommend this bakery. They are kind, affordable, and will build you a cake exactly what ever you want.
