Emailed me and advised me their company did not act as an Agent in the transaction for my benefits. They were not licensed as agents. They were just a third party coordinator, they couldn't advise me of benefits or help me with transactions the insurance company said could go through the Agent that helped me enroll. Why is this company getting paid to help with benefits if all they do is collect the Agent Enrollment fees/commissions that come with being an Agent?
