Would not recommend this company. Our first order was a total disaster. Lost the order and then wanted to charge us a second time to recreate the order. Sales Rep didn't have a clue and when they finally did find our original order, he called us to say that the order would ship that day and then at 4:30 pm the same day called to say 3 items were on backorder. Customer service was pleasant enough but really didn't do anything to assist. Spoke with and sent an email to their Sales Manger and she referred me to the President of the company who did absolutely nothing and refused to send a simple letter of apology so that we could properly notify our customers of the situation. Gave them a full month to do so and then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Our account and order still shows an open order, never canceled and never filled. These people make it very difficult to do business with them and leave a lot to be desired on the side of professionalism. We lost 4 customers and refunded 4 orders because of their incompetence. This was our first and LAST order!
