I had an offer accepted finally(!) on a house after trying numberous times~ I was always getting outbidded!! I was in escrow and I was working with another mortgage company at the time. I had a loan officer that kept promising me alot of things, yet when it came time to it, he could not deliver... It was quite disappointing and I almost thought I would lose the house AND my deposit because things were not getting done in time~ there seem to always be an issue, after issue... My realtor referred me to the guys at First Trust Funding and they came through like a champ!! They did not waste my time, they were upfront about everything including my total fees and interest rate! Very professional, there was no beating around the bush... I am proud to say I am a homeowner and I have First Trust Funding to thank for that!
