I went through the program in February and had a life changing experience. The staff was accomodating, knowledgeable and caring. This procedure and the life coaches save my relationship and life! I couldn't be more thankful.

I started the program in January 2013. Administratively they are a disaster! One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. They are totally inept and unprofessional!! The only saving grace is the implant itself, as I have had no desire to drink and the lifestyle caching, which is contracted out and not a part of Fresh Start. Save yourself some money $12,500 cash to be exact and get a prescription of Naltrexone and join a good AA program. It will save you money and frustration,
