First of all, the receptionist has a horrible attitude and expects you to understand what she is saying even though she speaks quickly and unclearly. If you ask her to repeat herself even once, she responds as if you are a child. Just dealing with her is a huge hassel, which is horrible because she is basically the only person you get to talk to when you call because the attorney is always "busy". It has been over 5 months that I have tried to contact them in order to get an update on my case. There are aspects of my case that I've had to resolve myself just because they are too "busy". If anyone is even considering hiring them DON'T. You are better off with a different attorney. They are so horrible that you're even better off alone.

WORSET EVER!!! Please BEWARE they just string you along..you can never get a straight answer from them or a call back for weeks..employees there are rude and when you talk with them they make you feel like your bothering them!! Wish I would of known how they worked...I would of turn the other CHEEK!!

Okay first off This firm is a workers comp firm and the only way to even get a hold of this attorney is never, he will never call you back I have never seen or talked to the man since I hired him 2 months ago you basically deal only with his paralegals that always seem too busy for you, which they will never give out their direct phone line information to you, so your stuck with the receptionist which is a complete tool which out of 5 times calling the paralegal said they only got one of my messages, I even told the receptionist if I didn't talk to someone that day I would fire the attorney and she didn't even care one bit. Second, they have no website or email addresses and they are based out of Santa Ana so if your not in the area like me it's a 2 hour commute just to go see them, it takes them days to get back with you on any matter you may have only after threatening to go with a different attorney, lastly had I seen a review like this I would of never contacted them... I Will Not make it any clearer if ANYONE recommends or refers you to this attorney or you are thinking of hiring them DON"T you will get nothing but a headache from these people, don't get me wrong they will seem like they care in the beginning and once they have you signed up that's when the nightmare starts...
