The sales person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I wanted to order one aluminum ring - 7 in. radias. I wanted to know how much it would cost. He asked me questions about my business, which has nothing to do with manufacturing. I explained that to him but he continued to ask more questions about my business. I gave a simple description and measurements for the ring I wanted for my bathroom. He told me I would have to send him a drawing. I told him I'd be willing to do that, but just wanted to get some idea on the price. I wanted to make a small order for my home. If they only sell to large operations he could have just told me that. He finally gave me a wide ballpark estimate. I was hoping to get a more specific answer. He became very impatient with my questions and finally said "This is a trick call!" and hung up on me. Again, if they don't do orders for individuals, he could have told me that from the beginning. If they do fill small orders then he should have been professional, friendly, and eager to serve my needs. I'm in disbelief that someone would run their business this way. Do not do business with these people!
