Wow! Awful customer service! It's been 14 days since I placed my order, it won't get here in time for me to fill my cookie order! They won't answer the phone or return my email!!

I have NEVER ordered anything online and not got my product. Or at least not been able to get in contact with the company. I have NEVER recieved my order and haven't been able to contact via email or telephone. It makes me so angry that they just flat out took my money. do not ever order from this company. All the posts on here are the same. I live in Pa but you had better believe if I were local to this company, Something would be done about it. They need shut down and made return everyones money. It is a shame. I put 1 star because this site wont let me put ZERO. It deserves a minus 5.

I can't understand why you would open a business & then not acknowledge them as they walk in the door or act annoyed when they have a question. Don't forget that you are still open because us customers keep patronizing your shop for some unknown reason.

THIS BUSINESS SUCKS THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't even deserve a 1 star. Don't ever order on line from them. I ordered from Anna and she practically stole my money what else would you call charging me but never deliver what I ordered. They never answer emails or even return phone calls like it says on there site. They don't even bother to pick up the phone when you call they put this bogus automated message on. to me that is fasle advertisement they should change there name to we rip people off. So order at your own risk

I placed an order June 9th, my sons birthday was yesterday June 24th. I still have not revieved his cake topper I ordered. The business did not return any of my e-mails and I never was able to reach anyone by phone. I'm very dissatisfied.

Well I'm an avid EBay shopper 24/7 I came across an eBay seller who was from Orange Novelty. I ordered tons of baking cups, sprinkles cookie cutters and more than I should Have :/ Unfortunately my order was lost with UPS!!!!!! Anna was very helpful and contacted UPS right away. The problem was I needed the things like YESTERDAY! If you know what I mean. She asked me to come down to her shop and she would send me home with another order . Wow the place was worth the drive ! At first I walked in and was like "uh I just sat thru 2 hours of traffic to get to this little place? But them I realized that in the front that's where she has walls covered with any baking cup imaginable. The other wall had over 500 cookie cutters. Then she told me that there was the back store and I just about died. I spent 64.00 when I placed my original order on line and spend over 250.00 in 45 minutes! Its just that crazy. SO leave your wallets at home:) Now I know the excitement my sister has over scrap booking stores . You have to check it out!!!!! Just to let you know I found her on Face book. I wish I lived closer, I see that every week she sends out messages like " Next 20 people will get a 5 pound of fondant valued at $25.00 for $15.00 !!!!!! I need to at least make some new friends out there just so I can send them to pick up the face book deals!!!!!!

OMG! This place is awesome. I just started decorating and found everything I needed and the young lady in front was so helpful and answered all my questions. LOVE IT!!!!! The Book "Cake Decorating For Dummies" named the store the best in california!

IF YOU HAVEN'T GONE AND TAKEN A LOOK, YOU NEED TO GO. THERE ARE ALSO SEASONAL DECORATIONS FOR EVERY HOLIDAY. THANKS ORANGE NOVELTY FOR YOUR SERVICE.
