Long story short, I ordered Tom Ford Black Orchid 3.4oz EDP from Perfume Emporium, was around $94.99. They sent me the cheaper Tom Ford Black Orchid Voile de Fleur... which is not the same thing. I wrote customer support and included a picture of what I should have received, they apologized and promised to send the correct bottle out ASAP and promised the "Warehouse Manager" would "double-check my order".



When I got the second package, it was the same exact bottle I got originally. After contacting customer service again and trying to be civil, they were just too incompetent for me. They should have offered me the correct bottle with no questions asked, but instead of doing that, they tried to blame me for not knowing what I wanted/ordered. I told them straight up their website was misleading and incorrect (see both item links I post below in an email), I know what I ordered from their website, however they process that is on them, and they F'd this up pretty badly. I explicitly explained to them that they have two separate links for these products on their website. I ordered the Tom Ford Black Orchid, not the Voile de Fleur (I even showed them the separate links below). They couldn't seem to understand that, so about after a month of this back and forth, they finally credited my CC. I also wrote a complaint to BBB and low and behold, they were already listed on the website.



NEVER BUY FROM THEM! Seriously. I would post all 28 email exchanges, but there is a 4000 character limit.
