I tried to write this review on yelp but when clicking on "review " the site wouldn't allow me to write one. I purchased a groupon deal for $99 and I knew I was going to purchase additional units because I've been getting Botox in the same areas for over 10 yrs always with excellent results lasting 3-4 months. Dr Hannah Vu is a cold & rude Dr. I called back to the office after approx 3 weeks because there was very little difference with the areas she applied the Botox. On my forehead the lines were so noticeable it was like I had nothing done at all. There was areas where I showed her my concerns and she made those areas more prominent. It looked worst then when I came in. It took over 2 weeks to get an appointment and when I met with Dr Hannah Vu she asked me what I would like done today. I said isn't it obvious? I got 40 units and it barely changed anything the line were still there. She responded well it's been 6 weeks and your over half of the time period that the Botox would last. OMG! I said it never worked on my forehead at ALL that's why I'm back. Botox lasts much more then 3 weeks. She tried to convince me that it did work and that she applies Botox to give people a Natural look & it was supposed to look like this! I get Botox to get RID of lines because that's what it's suposed to do. I didn't ask for a "natural " look not did she ever say this to me or ask what my preference was! She was condensending and show an attitude line she just didn't give a crap! Then she said well I don't understand why u r upset I'm giving u 10 free units! I had 40 already I shouldn't need anymore!i now wish I had read the reviews b 4 I went there. There is so much truth to what these people are saying. I too wonderif she even used Botox as one person wrote. She proudly displays Penthouse girls photos in the lobby with them thanking her what a load of crap. She should have her license taken away.!! She is the most dishonest doctor I've ever met. Oh and the 10 units she gave to me for free didn't work either. Probably was using saline. Because it sure wasn't botox. Beware and stay away.

Hi! If I could I would give Dr. Hannah Vu a -5!

If you read this I strongly advise you not to go here. I purchased the botox Groupon and Dr. Hannah Vu was very unpleasant. I had to wait for 40 minutes before I even saw her then she was very rude and condescending, insisting and pushing me to purchase more injections to the point of awkwardness. Im a 30 year old woman that does not need $200 plus dollars of botox, needless to say she was out to get money and did not care about customer service. I have had this procedure 4 times before and NEVER had an any issues. She then left the office for another 15 minutes until she came back with the botox, forgetting the ice I nicely asked her for to ease the pain, she was then short and impatient insisting it will not hurt- well it DID because she refused to give me time to numb it. I was clear I wanted full movement in my eyebrows, she said no problem and was quick to dismiss me. I was so put off how rude she was for no reason. Im a people pleaser and make a point not to be rude to people even when I am treated unfairly. It was not a good experience overall, I never wanted to step foot in that office again. But a few days later I notice one of my eyebrows has zero movement while my other one can move completely! I was so mortified! That weekend I had to fly to New York to give a work Presentation in front of hundreds of people, meanwhile 1/2 my face refuses to move! I was so embarrassed. I called that Monday when they opened asking to be seen and hopefully corrected as soon as possible! Well of course they refused to get me in until THURSDAY afternoon, making it over a week. I rushed in to only find the same unpleasant situation!! She was even ruder this time and asked me to pay for the correction! YES can you believe the nerve Dr. Vu has, when she was the one acting like she was God's gift from heaven! She then proceeded to blame ME and my sensitive skin for the fact only 1/2 my face moved! I have never had this issue in my last procedures, she could not even muster the words I am sorry and was the opposite of apologetic. I was so hurt and upset! I just do not understand the need to treat me, or any patients like this. All I can hope is that others do not have to experience anything close to this. When I called for my aging mother; I had very little understanding of what was happening to my mom's vision. The ladies at eye zone were so nice and got me an appointment for a free consultation with Dr Vu.
